15 Jul Coogee Pavilion
The Coogee Pavilion is a great place to hang out either for a friendly lunch with sea view during the day or for drinks and a good party at night with nice vibes, as Merivale knows how…
I would recommend this place much more for the atmosphere and the amazing proximity to the beach than for the food, even if it is rather good. The menu features the usual winners such as burgers, fish and chips and pizzas (which are homemade woodfired), but also seafood, a good selection of meat and a few desserts.
My 2 regrets are : it is a bit pricy and there are too many menus in too many areas, so for instance, on the rooftop, the food options are limited, which is frustrating.
- Very big space with 2 different floors and atmospheres.
- Homemade and Woodfired pizzas
- Family friendly – outdoor space.
- One of Merivale’s most iconic venues
- Games area with petanque, ping pong and giant scrabble.
